CalMax Construction Ltd offer a turn key service from initial conception, through construction to final completion documents and the hand over of the key to a high quality completed home.
We have a strong working relationship with Timber Kit companies, but are also capable of designing bespoke house designs to meet the individual clients wants and needs.
From an initial meeting with the client we can apply and obtain building warrant, carry out drainage design, appoint sub contractors, provide CAD drawings and Project Manage the build to completion.
We have in house a range of skilled personnel including joiners, bricklayers, machine operators, skilled labourers and painters and in addition work with a select list of sub-contractors who are able to provide approved and certified installations for heating, plumbing and electrics, and high quality slating and tile finishes.
CalMax Construction Ltd construction also have a number of plant operators meaning that we are capable of carrying out external works including the installation of septic tanks and soakaways as well as landsccaping around the house and the construction of driveway and access roads.
