Description:

This development was built on the site of the old Comunn Eachdraidh Nis building, and consists of four homes:

2 x 2-bedroom / 4-person houses; and

2 x 1-bedroom / 2-person houses.

All these houses were built for rental through Hebridean Housing Partnership and all have now been allocated.

Scope:  Design and Build

Description:  Originally this was to be a development of four houses; however, it was expanded to eight houses, all available for rental through Hebridean Housing Partnership.  All of these houses have now been allocated.

Description:  This development consists of four houses in two semi-detached blocks.  One block of 2-bedroom/4-person houses, and one block of 1-bedroom/2-person houses.  All these houses were built for rental through Hebridean Housing Partnership and all have now been allocated.

Duration:  April 2014 to May 2015

Description:  This development consists of 7 houses, which are all shared equity properties.  There are three semi-detached properties and one detached property.  All of these properties have now been purchased by their new owners.

Duration:  Phase 1 (14 properties) completed June 2015.  Phase 2 (18 properties) due for completion December 2015

Scope:  Design and Build

Description:  This development of thirty-two properties is situated on the outskirts of Stornoway and provides a variety of house types and sizes.  Half of the properties on this development are available for rental through Hebridean Housing Partnership, the remainder are available for purchase through the Help to Buy Scottish New Build Shared Equity Scheme.
