CalMax Construction Ltd, was established on 8th October 1999, by company directors Calum Maclean and Calum Mackay.
The company is based at 1, Blackwater, Newmarket, Isle of Lewis. CalMax Construction Ltd employ 55 people, (one of the larger employers in the Western Isles), with trades including builders, bricklayers, joiners, machine operators, roughcasters, slaters, painters, mechanics, paint spayers, engineers, drivers and pipe layers. Over the last 8 years we have employed apprentices of all trades who have successfully completed their training
CalMax Construction have worked hard over the years to build up a good reputation for quality workmanship, a satisfied customer base and employee’s who enjoy very good terms and conditions of employment.
The Company reputation rates second to none throughout the Western Isles and this continues to drive the Company forward in its drive for excellence within the construction industry.
